Once you have the legal opinion requested, it will be sent to the renewed Administrative Court of Sport (TAD) so that it is also pronounced. But in any case both reports are not binding and It will be Irene Lozano herself who will decide whether to grant the electoral advance requested by the president of the RFEF. She has the last word, the final one.The last opinion on the matter has been that of Juan Luis Larrea, an authorized voice since he was the last president of the RFEF before Rubiales. “As the Assembly is mounted, Casillas has it very difficult,” he told the Cope in Saint Sebastian. Boxes has requested Higher Sports Council (CSD) that does not authorize the electoral advance in the Federation, as requested by its president, Luis Rubiales, which aspires to reelection. The Secretary of State for Sports, Irene Lozano, received directly the request of Iker Casillas, who had already anticipated his wish in a first personal conversation that both had at the beginning of the month in the CSD.The other candidate, Luis Rubiales, has also contacted the CSD just to the contrary, to approve the requested advance. Rubiales refers to the advances granted to fourteen federations between 2010 (requested by the Winter Sports Federation) and 2019 (Badminton).last_img read more

Marvels Falcon Turns 48

first_img ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Director Explains Thanos’ Faceoff With Captain America‘Marvels’ Expands Marvel’s Podcast Universe Stay on target Forty-eight years ago, Sam Wilson aka Falcon hit the pages of Marvel Comics. To help celebrate his birthday, I’ve put together a brief history of this groundbreaking character in the comics and on the big screen.Sam Wilson aka Falcon was created by Stan Lee and Gene Colan back in 1969 for Captain America #117. He was also the very first African American superhero in mainstream comics. That’s not to say he was the first black superhero, however. That honor goes to Black Panther created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1966 for Fantastic Four #52. DC Comics would premiere their first black superhero in 1971 with John Stewart in Green Lantern #87 by Denny O’Neil and Neal Adams.Sam Wilson, a Harlem native, had a trained falcon named Redwing. Being adept at training falcons, he answered an ad for someone looking for just that. Unfortunately, the people behind the ad turned out to be in league with the Red Skull. Steve Rogers would go on to train Sam to confront them, later revealing he’s Captain America. After training Sam, the two became fast friends and teammates.By issue #134 in 1971 the title of Captain America was changed to Captain America and The Falcon. The two were primarily based in New York City defending the streets. This lasted until issue #222 in 1978 with all but one of the issues in between going by that title, so nearly all of the 70’s. From there Falcon would have a brief stint at The Defenders before settling in with The Avengers. Outside of a four part miniseries on 1983, Falcon has spent most of his time as a supporting character in Captain America comics or being an increasingly important Avenger. This culminated in October of 2015 when Sam Wilson donned the mantle of Captain America in Steve’s absence. I can’t think of anyone who would have been more suited. In the movies, Falcon is portrayed by actor Anthony Mackie and made his debut in Captain America: The Winter Soldier where he was integral in defeating Hydra. He would return in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man, and Captain America: Civil War. Catch Anthony Mackie donning the wings once again in Avengers: Infinity War May 4th, 2018.There are so many comics you can read and movies to watch to help celebrate forty-eight years of Falcon. Just don’t forget to wish him a happy birthday! Here’s a gallery of our favorite fan art to celebrate.View as: One Page Slides1. Spider Guile2. Aiko Aiham3. Abby Shaffer4. Lyn Draws5. Rizurin6.
