One of the most important Slovenian media – SIOL.net writes about transfer of Serbian goalkeeper Darko Stanić to the German team Rhein Neckar Lowen! A 36-years-old goalie came to DKB Bundesliga a few months ago to Bietegheim, the team from the bottom of the league, in order to save the season after financial troubles in RK Metalurg Skopje.Stanić has contract with the Germans until end of the season. Source from Slovenia writes that Stanić signed two years contract with the “Lions”, who already signed Swedish youngstar Mikael Apelgreen (25) from MT Melsungen in order to feel the gap after departure of Niklas Landin to THW Kiel next summer.Handball-Planet.com sources also confirmed that Stanić will play in Mannheim in the next two years.
