Gillespie of Bovina, N.Y. and charged him with the following: The sheriff’s office says Gillespie is accused of stealing the $4000 as a result of presenting 18 stolen and forged checks to the Pindars Corners and Margaretville branch offices of the Delaware National Bank of Delhi.
